PoultryTrack and Customer Organizations

When an organization uses PoultryTrack, information entered by or on behalf of that organization may be processed by NextBird Systems for the purpose of providing the PoultryTrack service.

Customer organizations retain responsibility for determining how they collect and use information within their operations and for obtaining any consent required for communications initiated through PoultryTrack.

SMS and Text Messaging

NextBird Systems may facilitate SMS communications through PoultryTrack and other NextBird Systems services. These communications may include work schedules, facility closures, staffing updates, production notifications, scheduling information, order information, customer service communications, and other operational messages.

Individuals receive SMS messages only after providing consent to participate in the applicable messaging program. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or, in the case of employee communications, a condition of employment.

Message frequency varies according to the applicable program and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
