PoultryTrack SMS Terms & Conditions

PoultryTrack is an operational management platform provided by Hills of Milk and Honey LLC dba NextBird Systems (“NextBird Systems”).

Organizations using PoultryTrack may use SMS text messaging to communicate operational information to employees and other authorized users. These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to participation in SMS messaging programs facilitated through PoultryTrack.

Program Description

PoultryTrack SMS messaging may be used by participating organizations to send operational communications such as work schedules, schedule changes, facility closures, staffing updates, production notifications, order or processing information, and other operational announcements.

SMS messages are not sent unless the recipient has opted in to the applicable messaging program.

Consent

Participation in PoultryTrack SMS messaging is voluntary.

Individuals must affirmatively opt in to receive SMS messages from the participating organization. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or, for employee messaging programs, a condition of employment.

Consent applies only to the organization and messaging program for which it was provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on operational needs. Recipients may receive multiple messages during periods when schedule changes, staffing updates, production information, or other time-sensitive operational communications are necessary.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the recipient’s mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Opting Out

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message.

After a recipient sends STOP, the recipient may receive a confirmation message indicating that they have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent through that SMS program unless the recipient subsequently provides consent to receive messages again.

Help and Support

Recipients may reply HELP to an SMS message for assistance.

Recipients participating through a specific employer or organization may also contact that organization directly regarding the content of its operational messages.

Privacy

Personal information associated with PoultryTrack SMS messaging is handled in accordance with the NextBird Systems Privacy Policy.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent information, and opt-in records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be processed by telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, and other service providers as necessary to operate and deliver SMS communications.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and mobile carriers. NextBird Systems and participating organizations cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

These SMS Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the PoultryTrack messaging service, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
